It was a great day for the school and especially the kids. I didn’t make the trip but know that this isn’t the first time they’ve performed and always ‘raise their game’ under the pressure.
Well done to all the kids!
Thanks for coming along to the event Shelley. It was really nice meeting you.
I hope that you enjoyed the afternoon.
I’ll whizz over some pictures soon.
Hope to see you again at our next event.
Best wishes,
Paul
What an excellent idea! far too many people over look their physical and mental health.. getting caught up in “everyday living”.
Once you create the habit of looking after yourself that bit better, you start to appreciate how much better you feel, less stressed and more able to deal with the inevitable challenges life throws at you.
There are so many ways to improve your health, there really is something for everyone.. although they all take effort, no strapping a contraption on yourself and melting the pounds away.. the rewards come in a physical and psychological way when you DO SOMETHING.
One of the best ways to relieve stress is put sometime aside for yourself.. you’re probably shouting “I don’t have the time” however it is essential you do, otherwise how can you effectively and efficiently manage your life. This is one of the least strenuos parts of being healthy, but takes discipline and focus.
Good luck and remember… if you’re not in optimimum condition, how can you hope to give your very best to others.

Thanks Shelley, a lovely report. It was really nice to see you, you’re very welcome at all of our events. I’ll keep you posted of our plans.
I’ve been invited to teach at the opening Nike Sponsored event at the Lilian Baylis School where I’ll be taking mini workshops for 45 minutes from 9.00 – 3.15. Apparently a number of MP’s, sporting celebrities and the TV will be there. It should keep me on my toes
Best wishes,
Paul
See you there! It’s going to be wicked *whoop whoop*
