Traditional market in Queens Square

Shoppers will get an extra chance to buy from Crawley’s traditional market from next week as it takes up a weekly residence in Queens Square.

The market will be in Queens Square on Wednesday 1st September between 9am and 4pm.

It will feature the usual High Street stallholders including fruit and vegetable sellers, a fishmonger, butcher, florist and clothing traders.

If the trial is successful the traditional market could move permanently into Queens Square every Wednesday. The market will continue to operate in the High Street every Friday and Saturday.
