Hi Shelley

Pauline here your fellow Bootcamp Buddy. I agree with David, fab website so nice to know about good things happening in Crawley rather than the doom and gloom in the local paper. As for Bootcamp, well I totally agree with you fantastic. I never thought I would last a week and now I am ready to sign up for Novembers BC. Gemma & Ben are great, they are enthusiastic, very professional and fun. I have been a member of a gym for years and like most people I have lost my motivation to go, it's dull and feels more like a chore. I have also had one to one personal training and I can honestly say being at the Bootcamp is far more fun and I am getting more out of this 3 times a week than once a week with a PT. All I can say to your readers if they are thinking of giving it a go, don't be afraid of the word "Bootcamp" it's tough but you go at your own pace and are encouraged to push yourself. It's not like Harvey the marine from Celebrity Fit Club barking orders at you and demotivating you. Well see you Friday :O)
