everyone can use the library for free, not just children and pensioners. pensioners still have to pay fines etc if books are overdue
and the wooden pillars don't all have quotes by poets, some are from children's authors etc

REPSONSE: -
Claire you are completely correct. We followed up on your feedback and spoke too Rita Lucas from the librabry who informed me the poles are in fact oak trees which have been sandblasted for a smooth finish. We stand corrected by Claire as the oak tree poles do in fact have literature from various authors including children's authors. The library is FREE for everyone to use but late charges apply to everyone. All that is required for membership is a form of ID including a signature.

Our thanks goes to Claire for her feedback and to Rita for clarification.

I was looking for a venue for my wedding next year, and the new registery office with the romeo & juilet balcony sounds perfect. Great reporting, informative reading.

Keep up the good work
